Because bacteria multiply exponentially the time it takes for the next bottle to fill will be much lower compared to the original.

It will only take ten minutes, because the bacteria has performed something called mitosis, making copies of itself. Now that there are more copies, the copies have more numbers to breed, BUT they still make the same amount of copies!
