What is the Greatest Common Factor of 8 and 36?

The factors of 8 are: 1, 2, 4, 8

The factors of 36 are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 18, 36

Then the greatest common factor is 4.

I believe that the answer is 4.
4*2=8
4*9=36
