The formula is y-y1=m(x-x1)

y1=-7
x1=-3
m=-6/5

You would plug in the points.

y-(-7)=-6/5(x-(-3))

y+7=-6/5(x+3)

y+7=-6/5x -3 3/5

y=-6/5x - 10 3/5
