The Bread Alone Bakery has a daily overhead of $90. It costs $0.60 to bake each loaf of bread, and the bread sells for $1.50 per loaf.  Write an equation for the cost,

C , in terms of the number of loaves,  x

We let C be the cost
x be the number of loaves

cost = overhead cost+ cost to bake - selling price

cost = 90 + 0.60x - 1.50x
cost = 90 - 0.90x

Hope this answers the question. Have a nice day.
