Why is having too much fat or too little fat a potentially serious health problem

if you don't eat enough fat then the potential health problems are Heart Problems,Vitamin Deficiencies,Excessive Appetite,Mood Problems

if you eat too much of certain types of fat can lead to other health problems. A diet rich in saturated fat can raise cholesterol levels in the blood. That increases the risk for heart disease.
