153-27-19= 107
Hector serves 107 ice cream cones on the weekdays. All you do is subtract the 2 weekend days from the total and you get the answer of the ice cream cones on the other 5 weekdays.
*If needed-- He would have sold about 21 cones each WEEKDAY*
