Sara has a high level of wellness. Her blood cells are able to attack bacteria and diseases.

Sara has a very high level of wellness. She obviously has a fast working immune system. So, when bacteria, virsues or germs tries to attack her body her white blood cells are able to attack all of it in time and prevent her from getting sick.
