It would have been better if the histogram has been uploaded as well. Anyway, in any graph including histogram, there are two or more axes. The first of which (in the x-axis) is the time in minutes of commuting times then in the y-axis is the frequency which would tell us how many of the 20 randomly selected employees took that long for the commute.
