Of the four designs, those two are the most identical. Which phrase correctly restates the underlined absolute modifier?

c. the most similar

because "identical" is superlative. "Identicalest" isn't a word and "more identical than the others" is comparative. Most similar is a synonym of identical. The word "identical" by itself is an absolute modifier, so putting "most" in front wouldn't be correct.

The correct answer is A.more identical than the others
The others don't make any sense and are improper grammar
