so

0.05x+0.25(10-x)=0.1(10)
0.05x+2.5-0.25x=1
2.5-0.2x=1
minus 2.5 both sides
-0.2x=-1.5
divide both sides by -0.2
x=7.5
sub back

other one is 10-x=10-7.5=2.5
