Well if that's a division symbol then it's 4/5 x 1/3=4/15.
If it's addition it's 19/5

The answer is 4/15. 3 is the same as 3/1 and when dividing you just invert the second fraction then multiply, so you would take 4/5 / 3/1 and make it 4/5 x 1/3. Which turns out to be 4/15.
