Hamilton said about Washington, " He consulted much, he pondered much, resolved slowly, resolved surely." Did this make Washington a good first president? Explain.

Hamilton worked closely with Washington and (a) would have known as well as anyone how he worked but (b) would have his own reasons for saying Washington was wonderful. As Chris says, none of the faculties listed is alone enough to make you a good president (they might also be present in a bad president), but they're not a bad start.
