\[x^3-3x^2-6x+8=x^3-x^2-2x^2+2x-8x+8=\]\[=x^2(x-1)-2x(x-1)-8(x-1)=(x-1)(x^2-2x-8)=\]\[=(x-1)(x^2+2x-4x-8)=(x-1)(x(x+2)-4(x+2))=\]\[=(x-1)(x+2)(x-4)\]
Other zeros are 1 ana 4
