In the space provided, analyze the viewpoints of both Northerners and Southerners in regard to the Kansas-Nebraska Act. What influenced each group’s perspective on the act?

Slavery was quite high level in South, so they considered it as their Freedom whereas Northerns considered it as "massacre" from the South.

In the south most people saw it as a good thing towards their freedom, in the north they saw it as a massacre from the south.
