How has the public's role in mass media changed in recent years? Consumers have begun losing control over what the networks put on television. Consumers have begun producing media themselves. Consumers have more credibility than large news stations.

Mass media has always been driven by public's viewing desire. However, in recent years the public has become creators in addition to influencer. Therefore, how the public's role in mass media has changed in recent years is that, consumers have more credibility than large news stations. The answer for this would be the last option. Hope this helps.
