Which best describes Williams's view of Native Americans in the excerpt?

I believe it may be that he respects them as they took him in and he lived among them for a long time, they shared an interest in his religion and he took a liking to the native americans. He found it ironic that the native americans were kinder to him than people who call themselves "christians".

So if any it would be that he respects them, i could be wrong but that's what i believe! i hope it helps you! :)
