What changes to the federalist style of government did president Jefferson make?

First he limited the central government, he reduced the number of people in the government, he fired all the tax collectors, cut the number of United States diplomats, cut the army's budget in half, eliminated all federal taxes inside the country, and ordered the people fined and throw in prison because of the Sedition Act be released and paid their money back. He shrank the size of government.
