w³ + 64 = w³ + 4³ = (w+4)³ - 3*w*4(w+4) = (w+4)[(w+4)² - 12w]

(w³ + 64) ÷ (w+4)
=(w+4)[(w+4)² - 12w] ÷ (w+4)
= (w+4)² - 12w
= w² -4w + 16
