Angle A (6x +11) = 53

12x - 7 = 77

50 + 12x - 7 + 6x + 11 = 180
18x + 54 = 180
18x = 126
x = 7 degrees

Angle A = 6x + 11
Angle A = 6(7) + 11
Angle A = 42 + 11
Angle A = 53 degrees
