Since the carpet is sold only in square meters, so the area of the room needs to be converted to square meters from square feet.
We know
1 ft² = 0.09290304 m²
121 ft² = 0.09290304 × 121 m²
= 11.24 m²
So 11.24 square meters of carpet is required.

Hope this helps.

we know that

Since the carpet is sold only in square meters, so the area of the room needs to be converted to square meters from square feet.

1 ft^(2)=0.092903 m^(2)

Convert
ft^(2) to
m^(2)

121 ft^(2)=121*0.092903=11.24m^(2)

therefore

the answer is the option

A. 11.24 m2
