Tomas says that scalene, isosceles, and right triangles have different areas because they look different. Marlika disagrees and says that if they have the same base and the same height, their areas will be the same. do you agree with tomas or Marlika? explain.

I agree with Marlika. The formula for the area of a triangle is 1/2 bh. So, any triangle will have the same area if the base and height are the same. Hope this helped!
