A supervisor, who is not yours, becomes upset with a coworker and severely criticizes the coworker in front of you. The coworker becomes upset and begins to cry. What would you do?

School related? I would comfort the co worker (telling her or him that it is okay); also I'd talk to the supervisor, telling him or her to tone it down a bit and not be so harsh

let the coworker deal with their own issues. If it was wrong criticism encourage them to stand up to their boss.
