The correct response for why you can't feel the force of attraction between you and Mars is because Mars is a long distance away, and thus why there is no gravitation attraction between you and Mars.

According to the Universal Law of Gravitation, every object attracts every other object in the universe. Why can’t you feel the force of attraction between you and Mars?
