Expression is: 2.2 × 10⁴ / 8.8 × 10⁹
= 1 × 10⁴ / 4 × 10⁹
= 0.25 × 10⁴⁻⁹
= 0.25 × 10⁻⁵
= 2.5 × 10⁻⁶
