Factors which prompted the emergence of the labor movement were:

1) Small pay scale for labors
2) People who were working in small factories owned by large companies
3) Huge Immigrants came into the US, so it created a huge tool.

The Certain ways in which they cooperate:

1) They started the movement in order to get higher scale and some dignity in the society.

2) They created their team as they accumulated all the labors including immigrants and Americans,

Hope this helps!
