Can someone write about a conflict in your life and explain how you responded to it. Like what decisions did you have to make and what factors influenced your response.

One of the major conflicts that I have faced in my life is choosing between working near home with lesser salary or going far from home with a higher paying job. The decision I made is that I choose the latter. The decision was influenced by of course the salary, the working environment, etc.
