The answer is the option c. Family characteristics. Most of the times the students reflect family issues or conflicts in their behavior and their grades. The common attitude towards this problem has been the silence. In other words, normally teachers and schools do not intervene in the personal life of the students because it requires a lot of energy, work and resources. Therefore, the student does not receive the proper counseling and end up dropping out of school.
