In Denver Colorado the temperature changed from 30c to -27c in 3 hours . The change in the temperature was the same amount each hour .how much did the temperature change and how ?

To find out the total temperature change we do some simple addition: The temperature was originally 30c, which dropped to -27c past 0c, so 30+27=57c gives the total temperature change. This occurred over 3 hours, so we divide the total change in temperature by 3 hours: 57/3=19.

So each hour for 3 hours the temperature dropped 19c until it reached -27c.
