Answer: Nazi Germany, Great Britain, France and Italy

Explanation: The Munich Agreement was signed on September 30, 1938, in Munich between the four countries mentioned. This agreement, also called the Munich Betrayal, reached an agreement on the cession of the Sudetenland in Czechoslovakia to Nazi Germany, who believed that the area belonged to it historically. The great powers still unprepared for the war have thus shown their weakness, thinking that by this act to achieve a good will with Nazis and prevent any conflict or war. It turned out to be wrong.
