A) X+2y=-2
B) -3x+2y=-10

Multiply equation A) by -1
A) -X - 2Y =2 Then add it to B)
B) -3X +2Y = -10

-4X = -8
X = 2

A) 2+2y=-2
2Y = -4
Y = -2
