What did some feel was a key problem with the Fifteenth Amendment?

It did not extend voting rights to women.
It only allowed freed slaves to vote.
It did not extend voting rights to those without property.
It only allowed those in certain states to vote.

Most freed slaves had no land and had to pass a literacy test or provide a license to vote if they did which prevented them from voting because they were uneducated and had no license.
