Money can't buy happiness. Even with many material goods, a person may still be unhappy due to being bored for example. Although they have anything they could possibly want, not knowing what to do during the day may bring about unhappiness. Therefore in some cases money can buy things that bring happiness or enable a person to do things that make them happy but in most cases money itself cannot buy happiness.
