Heat from the can is making the water molecule move faster, which melts the ice.

Lemonade can is releasing heat which is causing the ice to melt. In ice the water molecules are tightly packed and have stronger intermolecular forces of attraction. The heat released by the lemonade can is able to overcome these stronger intermolecular forces of attraction thus causing ice to melt to liquid water.
