Why is the holocaust important as why World War One is important?

because during the holocaust Jews were being looked at as selfish and unwanted people. The Germans hated them and would put them in concentration camps which was similer to WW1 because prisoners were put into concentration camps even is they lived in the same country they were treated differently because their people were at war against the country they live in.
