Option A (Student Aid Report) is correct

You will receive a Student Aid Report after submission of the FAFSA form. SAR (Student Aid Report) can be a paper or electronic file. Between three days to three weeks you will get your SAR. Student Aid Report contains the summary of the data you provide in the application. It gives the rudimentary data of your entitlement for Federal Student Aid and list of your answers to the questions of FAFSA.
