RNA is of three types, they are tRNA (transfer RNA), mRNA (messenger RNA) andrRNA (ribosomal RNA). Messenger RNA, as the name suggests acts a messenger. It carries genetic information sequences between DNA and ribosomes, and it also directs protein synthesis.
