Explain why it's important to consider the length of time you've been away from your exercise program when you're making plans to resume your regular exercise activity.

If you've been away from an exercise program for quite awhile, you might want to take into consideration how it will affect your health when trying to resume said program. If you jump right back into an exercise program that requires moderate to extreme exercise, you might quickly overwork your body which isn't good for your health, especially if you're not used to it after the while of not doing it.
