It may not sound like it, but looking at the phone repeatedly and talking to co-workers a lot influences productivity. E-mail work is a way to increase work efficiency, as through this tool many issues can be resolved without the need for live meetings. In addition, a person can create habits in the use of email, such as separation of relevant subjects, reminders, among others.
