Which kind of writing describes people or events without emotion?

Typically, according to Literature and English writings, one doesn't come across writing without emotion. But, if you'd really like to know, I believe it would be called an "objective". I hope this helps!

The kind of writing you are describing is called objective writing and is used mostly by journalists
