Why is it a good idea to have one person in charge of office operations?

It is a good idea to have one person in charge of office operations because
then the chain of command is easier to establish with the staff. If there is one person
in charge of office operations, it also saves the practice money

Because it is easier to have a chain of command established with the staff if only one person is the leader. Companies and corporations also save money in the practice of only having a single leader or "boss."
