Donna had 5 tubes of glitter to use to decorate 3 posters. She used the same amount of glitter on each poster. how many tubes of glitter did donna use on each poster?

5 tubes / 3 posters
5/3 = 1 and 2/3 tubes per poster
1 and 2/3 + 1 and 2/3 + 1 and 2/3 = 3 and 6/3 or 5 tubes

With fractions there is no need for rounding

Donna used about 1.7 tubes of glitter for each poster.
I'm pretty sure this is it because when you divide this you get 1.6 repeating and you get 1.7 when you round it.
