Reptiles do not live in the Arctic; however, some birds do live in the Arctic even though they evolved from reptiles. Offer an explanation for this fact. Include information on the metabolic differences between the two groups' bodies, as well as what effect their metabolic differences have on their relationship with their environment.

any help is greatly appreciated! :)

Evolution over time has allowed them to adjust to their surroundings. Birds can also survive on eating less/smaller things whereas reptiles usually have to eat more to survive. Also, birds eat a lot of plants while reptiles eat a lot of meat.
