The answer is D. 25 it doesnt need a negative

Distance = √(x₂-x₁)² + (y₂-y₁)²
d = √(-11-(-11)) + (5-(-20))²
d = √0² + 25²
d = √625
d = 25

In short, Your Answer would be 25 units

Hope this helps!
