Okay so it's gonna really help if you know what complementary and supplementary mean! :)
Complementary means that the angles add up to 90 degrees! (like a right angle)
Supplementary means that the angles add up to 180 degrees! (like a flat line)
Add 76 and 104 and it is 180 so this would be supplementary!

It is supplementary angles because after adding those two angles, you will get 180 degree.
