I would say that this is A.) True.
Having the wrong attitude toward driving could mean that you're scared of driving. Being scared to drive could make someone slam on their breaks or tap their breaks too fast.
Having the wrong attitude toward driving could mean that you're angry while driving. Veteran drivers more often than not know that driving while angry causes accidents while teens are more likely to continue driving angrily.
