Ok first we see the differences in prices.
9.82 - 9.73 = 0.09
Now we have a difference. We have to divide this by the original price.
0.09/9.82
This equals 0.009 which to the nearest tenth is 0.0. That is your answer.Just put 0 for your answer.

How you do this problem is that you first find out how much the price has gone down.

9.82 - 9.73

Then, you divide 9.82 by the answer to your previous equation and then you have completed the question!
