Explanation:

From the graph attached in the question data of 2000 tells that percentage of high income women over 75 was 4%.

Then in 2010 the percentage increased to 4.5%

If this trend continues then in 2020 the percentage will go up to 5%.

Means in every gap of 10 years there is an increase of 0.5%.

Therefore increase of percentage in 5 years will be 0.5/2 = 0.25%

If we add 0.25% in the percentage of 2010 then the data we get will be of 2015.

So the percentage of high income women over 75 will be 4.75% in year 2015.
