f(x) = 1/3x + 1

Explanation:

slope-intercept form is

f(x) = mx + b

so just put the points in and you have:

f(x) = 1/3x + 1

also b stands for the y-intercept so if you look at your point (9,1) than your y-intercept would be 1.
