therefore x = 6.5

Here, the number of cut = 3
Total fabric = 1 1/2 * 3 + 2
= 3/2 * 3 + 2
= 9/2 + 2
= 13/2

In short, Your Answer would be 13/2 or 6 1/2 or 6.5
