Both of the graphs are of parabolas. The parabola opens upward. The vertex is (-6, -3). They have been shifted from the parent function, left 6 and down 3.

The difference in the two graphs is the shape. The coefficient in the front 10 and 1/10 change the opening of the parabola. The 10 coefficient will have a vertical stretch, it will be more narrow. The 1/10 will have a wider opening.
